I don't mind Sansa taking charge, Jon did name her the new leader of the north. The whole power struggle between Jon and Sansa, doesn't make Sansa the bad person. She has learned a lot. Her comment to Jon, about learning a thing or two from Cersi, doesn't have to mean, she respects Cersi's choices, it could mean she learned from Cersi's mistakes. Sansa has been, raped, tortured by Jeremy and used by Littlefinger, if she was stupid or petty, she never would be where she is right now. She saved herself from Jeremy, not so much what's his name, he was more dependent on Sansa, he never would have escaped from Jeremy unless Sansa got him to remember his former self a bit and summon some courage.
Sansa has understandably learned she can only rely on herself, the days of waiting for her night in shining armor are over. That's a good thing, but not if she loses the ability to trust anyone. Jon should listen to her, but so far he hasn't. She can offer strategy, a bigger picture to Jon,
