    This REALLY cracked me up as I lived in Bushwick for awhile. It's more of a joking commentary on the fact that this was a scary neighborhood fairly recently and now the "hipsters" have invaded most of Brooklyn. There were a few skits on this SNL that was pretty funny.

    Yeah, I took it as a commentary on gentrification in general and the end saying, the more things change, the more they stay the same (for some).

    Great skit, i loved it! Sad thing, though: SNL and I both began our lives on this planet in the fall of 1975. That big 40 is depressing :(
