Swiss Army Man

edited October 2016 in Movies
I finally got a chance to watch this tonight and was curious if anyone else has had the pleasure of seeing this? It's one of the more unique stories I've ever seen, and it's told in a way that was so damn inventive and charming. The way the actors provide the soundtrack, the shifting genres and top-notch acting really made this such a fun movie.

Hard to really discuss much without spoiling it, but was curious what others thought about it. I really enjoyed it, but there were parts that don't hold up as well as I would have liked. All in all, it's one of my more favorite films of the year.

Here's the trailer if you're unfamiliar.

This was filmed in the county in which I live, and even though it would be sort of cool to see these various locations on screen, the movie itself didn't sound too great. The premise sounded hokey. I noped out in it.
