Walking Dead Spoiler Possibility

Don't know how many of you have seen the recent 3 minute sneak peak that AMC did for The Walking Dead but it's a big spoiler from what I can see. I went back and watched the last scene of everyone lined up and Maggie is to the immediate left of Rick (if you are looking from Negan's POV). In the 3 min sneak peak, Rick has blood on his right cheek that wasn't there at the end of the last episode, and when Negan drags him to the RV to talk, they pan down to blood and brains on the ground. Seeing as Maggie is right next door I think I am safe in assuming Maggie is a goner...thoughts?

That makes sense and I'd already read something from another source that Maggie was the goner.

That was about 4 weeks before the season finale even aired, so just a dozen days or so to see if my clairvoyance was correct
