Pretty sure I’ve said this but just a reminder you have to watch the unrated version of the show. Any version that bleeps or covers the swearing is like calling Pizza Hut actual pizza.

Couldn't disagree more. Maybe if this was a serious drama, you'd have a point, but beeps are funny. At beep has far more impact than a fuck. A beep can be anything.

Agreed. Somehow my Hulu version bleeps some things and then doesnt bleep some Fbombs. But i agree-- similar to how Arrested Development uses the bleeps to their advantage.
eh. to each their own. they have a semi-censored version on Netflix here and i have the Itunes unrated. ive watched alot of both. the unrated is 10x better IMO.
I was chuckling to myself that every episode started with "What did you think of the episode?" "I really liked it!" until Jim started with "This is my least favorite episode" as a curveball for Gazorpazorp.
The Rickmobile was in my town a week or two ago. The line for merch was ~2 hours long, but there was a tiny merch cart (not pictured) with limited selection that I picked some things up from: a Bird-Person action-figure, and a Discreet Assassin "lego" character.

I may not know how to fix a car engine. but i do know how to make a plumbus.
also why is it discreet assassin? Shouldn't it be Krombobolis Michael? Or is it just one of the randoms from S3E1?
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volyaliterature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick and Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existencial catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them.
Just wanted to say that I loved hearing Jonah Ray in the first episode of season 3. I have been a fan of Jonah's for quite a while so it was pretty cool hearing the two of talking to him. Nice get!
Hey all., I love the Baldmove Rick and Morty coverage. It has been squanching excellent! And also squanchy as squanch!
I remember a few podcasts back Elliot Smith was mentioned and I wanted to help spread the gospel on how beautiful and sad his music is. I think he has got to be one of the top 10 modern singer song writers. He is definitely up there with Daniel Johnston, Rest In Peace. Apologies in advance if someone beat me to this post.
I remember an episode of The Good Place Podcast, where the creator, Michael Schur mentioned he had done some reading/listening to schools of thought in the area of philosophy. There was one (and I don't have a name or anything, sorry) that mentioned that since life inherently brings pain and suffering to individuals that it is unethical to bring any new lives into this world. Essentially saying that ending of existence is the most ethical choice we all should collectively make. I am pretty nihilistic, so I've latched on to this like crazy.
So watching Morty’s Mind Blower’s. Rick and Morty clearly jump into another universe because of the squirrels. But I think they have stated in universe that the C137s have only moved once due to cronenberg world. However, that can’t be true with the MMB episode. Unless I’m just wrong and they haven’t confirmed how many universes they have jumped.
Probably doing this to shorten wait times between seasons 4 & 5. I imagine S4 is done but S5 isn’t so if they just air all of S4 then there will still be like a year or two between seasons again.

Happy Friday Everyone!
November 10!
Better speed up those pods a bit gentlemen.
This is so dumb. They should rename this shit (just season 4 and season 5) but I'm guessing some people would have to be paid more.
