I seriously thougt he was too good to be true and must be a government agent. Even telling Will to stand his ground could have been an experiment to study the hive mind after infection of a host.
I’m two thirds into this one and it’s the most tense so far. Poor Bob!
Bob was a goner when we met him. Wayyyy too happy AND he was the cause of the possession. His sacrifice was needed as the "good guy".
@KingKobra Like @Schlupp, I though he would turn out to be a government bad guy at first, but when I realised he was a good guy I was worried for him, and as soon as he piped up about fixing the computer I knew he was gone. Sad, though. Who doesn’t love Sean Astin?
I knew as soon as Bob stopped to catch his breath what was going to happen, it was upsetting and I thought for a second Hopper would save him but I think Bob dying was vital to the story line going forward and seasons going forward.
