    This is what I am going to make:


    Pan-roasted pork chops with sage and garlic, except I'm using super-thick bone-in chops and lots of crispy sage. I usually make rack of lamb on Thanksgiving if I cook (it's not a holiday I personally celebrate, but I'll do it for other people), but I wanted something easier this year, and this dish is easy but delicious. I usually serve it with cous cous, but I'm doing traditional sides: stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and crispy brussel sprouts. Cheese plate and apple pie for dessert.
