    Yeah, I agree with this. It's all in the episode. The last conversations with Jon and Tyrion/Grey Worm, she very clearly states how pissed she is and she will not be showing mercy. She felt betrayed (because from her POV she totally was) by her allies from top to bottom. She couldn't come this far to lose it all at the very end. Unfortunately for the people who didn't want to see her go to full on murderous rampage, it was her only option at this point. After the war, the lords of Westeros would not allow her to remain knowing about Jon Snow.
