Giving it a listen right now on spotify, Ramin Djawadi is incredible. The score this season may be one of the things that actually improved.

I will admit that I pre-ordered this album in vinyl with the Targaryen cover.  I also got the digital download a few weeks ago for preordering.  I love it!

Ok, I felt like I was taking crazy pills for a second. I saw your post and my wife said that she saw the vinyl album too, and I couldn't find it. Then I saw where it was that "For The Throne" album they put out from various recording artists before the season.

I can only dream that they come out with cool sleeves like this for the official S8 soundtrack. It's usually just the season poster.
