I’m finally correcting my mistake of not playing the Witcher 3 DLCs and holy hell I think they’re much better than the main game which is already masterpiece. I’m a few hours into Blood and Wine now working on contracts and upgrading my Feline armor to grandmaster once I get the funds.
I’m really going to stretch out this final DLC because I don’t want to end. It’s wonderful to escape to Touissant with its bright colors, beautiful architecture, and lovely music.
The DLC is so incredible, especially Blood and Wine. It even added another Gwent tournament. I never was able to beat the last boss though, you have to do specific steps to even get the fight and now I wish I had just taken the bad ending. I never really had much trouble with the combat in this game but I found it fucking impossible.
Resurrected the PS2 from the dusty cobweb corner of the garage it’s been living in for many years. Still works! Popped in LOTR Two Towers and blew my little lady’s mind! Man those PS2 controllers have some thick long cables!
I remember those games! Great couch co-op games if I’m thinking of the right one
I started out on "Hard" difficulty before dropping it down to "Normal." Even after that I had missions that were well below my level that I just felt were completely over my head. I dropped it down to the very easiest difficulty (I never do that, but I was just beating my head against the wall so often that it was not pleasurable to play). Ever since I have been enjoying things so much more. I am tearing around the country slaughtering machines with ease, this is much more my speed.
Anyone have a similar experience with H:ZD?
Once you have the shield weave armour it's a walk in the park even on ultra. Of course you need to know the vulnerabilities of each species for effective attacks. And when to use tools like rope- and tripcasters. I sometimes like to revisit the game as a hunting ground, still fun.

Oh yeah that final fight was rough. Once I finally broke through to the third phase it was easy enough. That is one thing about the DLCs - they really increased enemy variety and boss difficulty.
Overall I think Hearts of Stone was my favorite. The storytelling was incredible. However, I can’t deny the incredible world design of Touissant.
There were so many money sinks that I didn’t get to fully kit myself in grandmaster armor but there’s always the option of New Game+ in the future. For now I’m ready to let my Geralt I rest and move on to another game.
Any other psychos out there like a game like Snowrunner? I also played its predecessor Mudrunner and I love these games for whatever reason. I think they are the perfect type of game to turn on a podcast and shit your brain off a little. Well, you do actually need to use just enough brain power to get yourself out of seemingly impossible situations and it's really fun.

Have you checked out Onrush? I was using that one for ideal podcast listening though.

I play video games on occasion and shut my brain off but I've never taken it to the level of shitting my brain off. Props to you, I didn't even think that was physically possible.
Started listening to a civil war podcast, which made me want to play Ultimate General Civil War again. I had a hardware failure that wiped my saves last time around after I'd played through the campaign all the way to cold harbor (one of the last battles of the war) which made me not play it for a couple years. It should be a requirement for any game on steam to support cloud saves IMO.
It remains great! Playing as the Union again, of course, to crush the asshole confederates.
60 hours into Fallout 4. now i'm running into all these build shit missions which i'm not a fan of. i don't even know what happened to the main quest at this point tbh. but i keep going back to this damn game now that my character is pretty leveled up with a shit ton of loot.
Minecraft Dungeons released today and I've been having a ton of fun. The game can be played casually which is nice but it also has some higher difficulty settings if you want to. It is on Game Pass if you have that for xbox or you can buy it outright for like 20$

Have that and play it when I want to jump into a RTS quickly. Also have the UG Gettysburg game on the iPhone which works well.
I don't think I've ever even noticed the sound of my PS4. I do notice my PS3, which I have hooked up in my bedroom for streaming.
You're lucky. When I was playing Witcher 3, I thought my poor little PS4 was launching into space.
I hear what sounds like a motor droning and tell my kids to find the toy they left on. 4 yr old points to PS4 and says “it’s that”. Happened twice so far during Rona.
Y'all need to use some canned air to dust out your PS4's. Also see how hard it is to pop the covers off and really blow out the dust. Nothing kills cooling better than dust build-up.

That is my plan for tonight. I remember it helping in the past. It seems that Call of Duty online really gets it buzzing.
It's midnight EST, so 4 minutes. Though if you managed to get a physical copy today, I suppose people could have been playing it all day. I grabbed the digital version, and that is when my system says it is available to play.
Sidenote: I dumbly was looking for a trailer to show my friend how cool it looks and a major spoiler was in a youtube video. So be careful out there people. Thar be spoilers.

I think the size is still an estimation though.
