But guess what, we all have our faults and if the President used the N word in a casual convo and not directed at someone then I choose to not give a shit. I don't believe in the KKK, white power, Nazis or any other group of their ilk. Never have and never will because It's idiotic to brutalize others for their skin color, culture or religion. I think he is a naive politician who doesn't know what he is doing half the time and has smarter people around him to help him make decisions. The health care system in this country wasn't perfect before Obamacare but at least it worked and didn't see huge hikes all the time...could be worse and we could have your healthcare system. Still more jobs bubba and racism/inequality is on the way out so I don't see a pressing need to waste energy on something that is inevitable in my estimation. I'm guessing you would prefer the US to be more like Canada in that regard? I'd say he is a wannabe authoritarian. As much as the bootlicker GOP members of Congress are covering for him, they can't cover him enough to grant him full-on dictator status.
Had polling after the election that showed a strong correlation between authoritarian tendencies and having voted for Trump. So whether he is intentionally or instinctually authoritarian, his tendency is speaking to his base’s tendency in this direction.

The anti-intellectualism in a large part of our culture is jarring. Can’t trust elites who went to fancy universities, but trust a guy who talks like local used car salesman because you can relate to them.
