Saw the first two episodes

Saw the first two of the new episodes.  The pilot I didn't like, and the second I thought was pretty cheesy.  I liked the O.G show, but I probably checked out in season 3 or 4 originally...

Should I watch anymore of the new episodes?  From what I've gathered from the BCS pdocast, the guys don't think much of these X-Files...
I have other stuff I could be watching (like finishing Broadchurch and catching up to Vinyl and starting the Leftovers....)

    3rd episode is very good, and in my opinion the best of the revival.

    The third episode is worth a look, only if you don't mind the your X-Files as quirky and zany. If you like it more on the serious end, than even that one won't appeal to you. As someone who was a huge X-Files fan from the beginning, this was pretty god-awful, I wouldn't bother unless you are just really desperate for something new to watch.

    I think the high water mark is 3 and 4.  You can quit watching then, haha.
