Anyone ever chromecast or cast BM live video recordings to your TV? I Vizio cast or chromecast to the living room 70" and it's actually pretty damn cool. Way better than Talking Dead. It's like a premium TV channel. And a real TV format like Howard Stern or I guess Don Imus or Colin Cowherd. Anyways I think it's a pretty cool way to watch. The feed is crisp af. I can see Matt Damon's pores.
I keep thinking about that Atari, and wondering which one console I'd want to have for the ZA... I would probably go with the NES. Enough depth to not go nuts too quickly, but still plenty of pick-up-and-playness to it. Low power consumption, mostly password saves, and all the nostalgia in the world.

my PC is actually connected to my 55", so I usually trow it up there to watch
But I agree the whole zombie-in-metal thing made little sense. (Gold crown/GOT reference?)
This had to be a callback to S6 when Eugene & Abe encountered the walker that Eugene wasn't able to kill, no? The one in the factory that had a lead "helmet" of sorts?
Yes, I came here to say the same thing. While I agree with @A_Ron_Hubbard and @Jim that it wouldn't realistically work, this has been proven to be a thing in this universe. Eugene saw one with Abraham last season in the bullet factory and wayyyyyyy back in season last week, Rick fought a fucking metal zombie. Remember? Winston?
Also, even though it doesn't make sense, Negan said his plan was to essentially affix the zombies to the fence as a deterrent. So it's fine if they can't move, that was his goal.
Does anyone else believe Negan weights 240lbs? I say 200lbs max.
Negan from the comics maybe:
Negan from the show looks like he's barely 180 lbs soaking wet:
Being a fan of JDM from Watchmen I was somewhat shocked when he showed up as Negan on the show looking almost anorexic. It's definitely taken me out of the show a few times when he's being all intimidating and waving Lucille around and then you get a camera angle that shows him looking like a bean pole and I think "good thing for Negan that it's not a windy day."
According to healthycelebrity.com, Jeffrey Dean Morgan weighs 183 pounds. I literally just Googled "How much does Jeffrey Dean Morgan weigh" and it autcompleted halfway through so I'm definitely not the first.

I was thinking 185-190, but I think he's listed around 6'2.5", so I thought maybe he was close to 200. I always forgot just how thin he is in this show though.
ceburaskaLondon, England, United Kingdom, European Union (but not for long)
I'm obviously way out of sync with the Guys as I quite enjoyed, this, and certainly more than Easy Street pt1. And I'm shocked that A.Ron finds Eugene too weird to relate to. As mentioned by another poster, I it had just the right amount of Negan, plus a lot of showing the Saviours' society. Btw I have given up on the live watch. Not just because US tv operates at a different Hz, not to mention your enormous ad breaks, both of which make synchronous watching impossible. But just because I get sucked into the "it's crap, let's make fun of it" mindset. I find the show a good notch higher quality since watching it on my own. Who knows, maybe even Bald Move might find the same.
@A_Ron_Hubbard I wouldn't trust Reddit anymore man. I don't know if you have seen the vote manipulation videos that have surfaced recently but there is now a cottage industry revolving around both creating and buying Reddit accounts to help companies control their branding.
I have started to notice on many big subs that the fanboys that were always present have become much more articulate and that any negative comments are downvoted to oblivion.
I have been sorting by new exclusively lately because imo r/all and any top post of any big sub has the high probability of being disguised marketing.
All that talk about Negan's weight was way off haha. GDM looks about 180lbs on the show. In the comics, Negan's character looks like a physical brute (240 wouldn't be unreasonable). That isn't a huge deal, but it is starting to make Negan's character less appealing on the show. He doesn't look like an intimidating person, he is about as intimidating as Dwight. It is making it harder to believe all these tough and rugged looking men follow this scrawny hipster looking dude.

Apparently, Kirkman originally based Negan's physical appearance off of Henry Rollins
who actually does look more like Negan from the comics, and is jacked. Hes only 5'6" but weighs 210.
And I think Rollins would have been a much better Negan than JDM, he's scarier and yet somehow more charismatic. I could believe why people would follow and listen to Rollins. JDM isnt a tough guy IMO, hes a stupid love interest from "the good wife". Negan was suppose to be a jacked, charismatic "badass", sorry JDM thats not you
He's a very bad actor though. I've seen some of his work and it's pretty cringe worthy
yes, but he would fit in perfectly with the direction of the show! JDM just raised the expectations even more. Had they cast Rollins, then we would have known that the show didn't give a a shit anymore, and could have just enjoyed it as a dumpster fire, instead of having great expectations.

Totally agree on all points. I just can't look at GDM as an intimidating character, in he comics he is smart and witty a well, something the show's version isn't. Unfortunately I already have 6-7 years invested watching this show, so I will keep watching it, no matter how crappy it gets.
I'm a couple of episodes behind. Did someone in TWD actually say that JDM weighed 240 lbs? If so that is disgustingly lazy writing.
Maybe the Easy Street torture stuff is supposed to make us think the Saviors have been brainwashed into following Negan. Or anyone who resisted the torture just got executed, so everyone who is left is totally weak-minded and subservient.
JDM is not a charismatic badass? What the hell. Take a look at Watchmen. I agree that he is strangely skinny, but if he was as jacked up as in Watchmen, he would be quite perfect.

I probably will too (well to a point), and that's exactly what AMC is counting on.
I'm at the point where the only reason I'm still watching is because the guys are still covering it. The second they stop doing the pod this show will be deleted from my DVR and from my brain
