I definitely have opinions on great shows (Succession) and not-even-close -to-great shows (The Romanoffs) but a lot of what's been posted already covers lots of opinions.
My one critique? I would like to hear more from Jim. He sometimes gets cut off mid-thought, or not given enough pauses to join in on the conversation.
Looking forward to 2019!
I don’t get the anger. Sometimes it feels like I’m watching a cheesy Hollywood movie about a worldwide crisis where everyone but the hero and his “pretend I don’t love her anymore” ex wife are assholes. I know many are still holding out for this crisis bringing out the best in people. I’m happy to say I see examples of that as well.
I wish you and your families much safety and love as all of us do our best to make it through the next few weeks. This too shall pass.
Completely agree. It was a fantastic episode. During the final scene I was saying, "This is it. Kim's limit." and then wham! My boyfriend and I both yelled, "what the fuck?" We talked about it for many minutes after - Why? did she really mean it? Now what will happen? Rhea is my new girl crush.
@Jim and Alexis - where do you think those two will go from here?
Oh - the scene with Howard and the hookers and Jimmy doing a play by play. I was rolling.
@A_Ron_Hubbard and @Jim - now that Caleb has been told about his future doesn't that change his future? And wouldn't the Rehoboam be aware of this change and now shift its predictions? How current is the information the Re-hobo have?
This is why WestWorld frustrates me. They never explain the rules. So they can change the story on a dime and claim it makes perfect sense because when a host is shot but from behind at an acute angle then........
I'm reading a lot of positive feedback but still not feeling the love. I know I'm in the minority but I don't think this show is any good anymore. And I soooo want it to be.
I know Lindelof said no season two. But I want a season two just to see Angela fall straight to the bottom of the pool, come up for air saying "what the fuck" yet again, and then watch her son walk across the water to help her. At least that's how it would play if I ruled the world. I can't stand the thought of Angela being a main character again.
