Is anyone else feeling anxious AF right now??!! That episode was incredible!! The buildup was insane and I feel like they did an excellent job putting the viewer right in the middle of it all. I almost wish I had waited a week to watch this because it would have been excellent to have it steamroll right into the battle. I will definitely be doing a rewatch of this episode right before next week’s episode begins. All that being said, there is zero chance I will be going to bed anytime soon. Bravo, double D’s!

What in the actual fuck was that??! That has to be one of the most anti-climactic season finales I’ve ever seen! Everything was going great up until the point Drogon flew off. Everything else was like a wet fart. Everyone knows Jon is the rightful heir and the reason why the 7 kingdoms are not all ice zombies. And they send him to the knights watch??!?! The biggest contribution Bran did was warg into some birds while everyone else was dying. What a bunch of horse shit!! There are 1,000 different ways this could have been a much more satisfying series finale. I’m absolutely baffled by the double D’s choices!

This is the best pandemic news I’ve had all day!

Yeah, at first I wasn't a fan either. But I think that is the point. By making you play as her, you start to see her side of things and by the end your opinions in some form or fashion will change. I've started my 2nd play-through. Picking up things I missed before, story-wise. I can't say this enough, the crew at Naughty Dog outdid themselves!!

As much as I would love a Last of Us part 3, I really want to see what new IP Naughty Dog can come up with. I'm not sure what genre I would be most interested in. Maybe a Sci Fi or Fantasy RPG? Maybe something with an open world? It's hard to have a compelling narrative in an open world game, but with how much I enjoyed the open world section of LOA2, I could see Naughty Dog pulling it off.  They could also go the opposite direction and do a straight up narrative drama like Telltale Walking Dead, or Detroit: Become Human. I'll be excited for pretty much anything they decide to do.
I like all of this! New IP from ND would definitely be rad. But in regards to The Last of US story, I feel like Ellie's arc is incomplete. She needs some kind of redemption. I like the idea @DoubleA_Ron mentioned about her in a Joel-type role. I would absolutely love to play as a 40-yr old Ellie and see what has unfolded in this world during that time jump. Give me the overly sarcastic Ellie as a quasi Ellen Ripley/Sarah Connor mash-up,  ALL.  DAY.  LONG!

Just finished it. Stuck the landing, A+ game. Been sitting reflecting for the past hour.

    Literal masterpiece
100% Agree! 43 hours total for me. It's a gut-wrenching, disturbingly beautiful, masterpiece that leaves you with such a heavy feeling and a lot to process. This was definitely an unexpected path that still feels very grounded and says a lot about humanity in general. I will eventually do a replay but I need a few days just to fully process everything and not feel like I was punched in the stomach.   ...Just wow, Naughty Dog, bravo!  While my hopes are super high that we get a part 3, regardless if that comes to fruition, these 2 games have been phenomenal in story and gameplay!
