I felt *so* bad for Steph - she knew she'd blown her chance and it was hard (although a bit inspirational) to watch her cry yet persevere to the end regardless. I really thought Alice had a good chance at the win, but when I saw David actually creating the red/white checkered 'paper' and his basket, and then his actual layout, I knew he had it. And I'm so happy for him. He was one of my favs and I'm so glad he won.
Looking forward to the holiday edition starting next Friday!
I'm so over all of the confusion and conflicting information coming to us from PG&E and our local OES. No one knows if/when our power is going out again and we're all just waiting (supposedly sometime today, although the time for it has changed about 4 times now). Local businesses (mom & pops) are losing money and people are losing wages with the shutdowns. It's been down into the '30s at night and when the power *was* off over the weekend, those of us without a generator, fireplace, or wood burning stove froze our butts off. I hope the rest of my Cali peeps are faring well under the circumstances!
