The god damn flashlight comments

This week podcast featured multiple comments by listeners and the hosts about the triple decker flashlight.  One of the world's most popular flashlight brands, SureFire, sells multiple flashlights that are small but present a lot of brightness.  One of these SureFires illuminates a decent amount of space, two of them would illuminate an even larger amount and so on.  So there is a decent chance that this future flashlight just had three smaller, more powerful flashlights inside of one hub that provided better illumination.  Opposed to a giant single bulb Maglight from Jurassic Park that weighs a ton and has a short battery life.

I'm guessing you can easily pop them apart into three separate flashlights, too.
