Weird Westworld Question

So, for all of the "behind the scenes" or "staging" areas of the Westworld park (i.e. the places where hosts are created, stored, updated, etc. also, the places where narratives are written, and the general park upkeep takes place), what are those places called? I know this describes multiple places in Westworld. So, there are multiple correct answers to this questions.

@JoshuaHeter there are multiple names because they are different depending on function and location. 

Where they do staging/creation at the Mesa is Behavior (I think) Felix told Maeve in season 1. Then you have the “repair” areas that they call the “garage” ? (This one I think I got wrong). Then of course cold storage which is where they store unused hosts.
