Hey guys and gals, wanted to take this moment to mark this date, March 24th, 2010, as the officially official 10th anniversary of Bald Move. Wish it were under more joyful circumstances, but even as somber and scary as the times were living in are... It's important to say thank you. I would have never ever believed this would happen to us, and it's all due to your word of mouth, support, sharing, subscribing, all these individual acts lead up to us doing this crazy thing for a decade. Bald Move accidentally became the longest job I've ever held at some point. It's amazing to think we almost gave up 2 years into it, and pivoted to TV talk on a total lark.
Thanks for appreciating and supporting our weird blend of spices that make up Bald Move. I appreciate the folks who have been around from the beginning (I know 2 or 3 of you exist!), the second beginning (BrBa S4!), and even people discovering us last week. With all your help, we can do it for 10 more.

Thank you for the last 6 (?) years since I started listening to you. (I think I joined the club for the first time 5 yrs ago and I was listening for a while before that.) So many laughs, so many fun memories. 10 years of success couldn't have happened to two greater guys. Here's to another 10.

I want to let everyone who has supported us over the years know just how grateful I am. Even during the stressful times (and there have been many), Bald Move has been the most personally rewarding thing in my life. This experience wouldn't have been possible without all of you. Thank you for 10 amazing years!
And thank you for cultivating a great community of fans! I don't personally know anyone on these forums but I've been interacting with so many good folks over the years they start to kinda feel like friends. Maybe that's weird, I don't know and I don't really care.
Knowing that the Bald Move team is out there and making their dream a reality is a constant source of good feelings for me. While it's totally an asymmetrical relationship, I can't help but be happy for my Bald Move friends. That goes for the friends I've made in the community too.
Even in this uncertain time, there are many luxuries that will get the axe before my support for Bald Move.
Have you ever discussed this transition from whatever you were doing before to TV Talk in a video - especially if you discussed what failed in the first 2 years? If so, where can I find it?
It was just "2-3 dudes, talking about generic nerdy dude shit" that was already a saturated market when we tried it 10 years ago. It didn't fail, we just never got beyond an audience of 250-500, which was fun, but not something you could pay bills from, ya know?
I'm not sure if we've formally discussed it. We probably did in some of those later BYs, or one of our Q/A streams. We did talk about it a bit on today's LWJ&A...
