OITNB - New Season Starting June 12th

Just got the email from Netflix!  Get ready - cuz it's coming!!!

    Is there anything in particular that anyone is looking forward to with this new season?

    Yup, I'm working out the scheduling with the gals helping me out on the cast right now.

    I'm hoping they find a way to resolve the John/Daya relationship that is realistic and doesn't suck.  

    I'm hoping the return of Vause doesn't derail what I considered was a more interesting Season Two Piper. On a related note, I'm hoping they continue to make the other ladies a focus, and don't get tunnel vision on Piper, because she's just not that interesting or compelling, especially in contrast with Suzanne, Pousay, Red, Black Cindy, Mendoza, etc.  I'd really like to see Caputo try to turn things around and do right by the women in his charge.  I hope we get to see more of Sophia and her relationship with her family, because I feel like she's the one character that kind of got shortchanged in comparison to her role in season one. 

    I thought season two was really good, and was a big improvement over the already very good season one.

    Is it considered a spoiler to discuss someone that's shown in the trailer? It's probably common knowledge that this person is returning, but just making sure before I say anything.

    My favorite characters are Taystee, Poussey, and Suzanne, so as long as their storylines continue to be interesting, I'm sure I'll be pretty satisfied. And please, for the love of god, no more Larry.

    We've always considered promotional trailers as fair game to discuss.  If you're THAT much of a spoiler phobe, what the hell are you doing listening to podcasts and getting on forums for, you know?

    I think its been confirmed that there will be no Larry in season 3. Thank the gods

    Totally agree - less focus on Piper and Vause and more on the Tastee, Pousse, Red, etc.  Larry will not be missed. His story is so over.
