So far my biggest issue is with the black hole powered ships for FTL travel. [...] The black hole ships, while hella cool from a sci-fi and visual standpoint, is essentially god-level tech that would seems to break the story.
Started listening to the official podcast and the FTL ships are discussed in the episode discussing the first two episodes of the show. Stop reading if you don't want to know: The FTL ships are only possessed by the Empire; everyone else has to make due with .5 C ships at best. The showrunner said this is how the Empire keeps control. So it's possible FTL ships will disappear from the narrative if they require a functioning Empire to keep running.
Seemed like in episode 5, the projection could have been a clue that Seldon didn’t actually die but was somehow faked it. The little device that Rache pulls off could’ve something that put Hari in a deep no vital coma while the projections tricked everyone into seeing a murder. Either that, or Hari has somehow mastered reversing time and is retro statis slowly coming back to life
I’m glad I watched this (not yet finished) season but unless the last episode blows me away I’m done. So tired of “interesting sf premise resolved by bs melodramatic moment”. Hari can afford starships and custom devices; they sure pay profs well in the future. The Anacreons on Terminus are going to stop following Phara just because she’s slightly more unhinged than usual? Show just kept hitting false notes for me.
i kinda like a combination of 1 & 2. perhaps lowering the globe a bit on 2, so you can have the 'Edited By' not wrap, like it looks in 1 under the title. either way, that's dope Omaha Josh!

Hope everything’s okay.
