‘Predator’ franchise getting a prequel movie titled ‘Prey’

Announced during Disney+ Day, which overall was a real nothingburger of an event. Also, even though I’ve only ever pitched this in conversation amongst friends, they absolutely stole this idea from me.

“Set in the world of the Comanche Nation 300 years ago, the action-thriller follows Naru, the skilled warrior who fiercely protects her tribe against a highly evolved alien predator.”
