This is another brilliant piece of work from Alex Gibney. If you loved Going Clear and The Smartest Guys in the Room, you’ll enjoy this. My mother took opiates for her chronic back pain so this definitely struck a nerve. The lengths which sales reps went to get Doctors to prescribe opiates were crazy. It’s only 2 episodes, each just short of 2 hours, so not a huge commitment.

    I started watching the first episode the other night. Really impactful, but also really bleak stuff. I am going to watch more tonight most likely. I just need to be in the right headspace for it. It was not an easy watch, from the parts that I saw.

    It's on My DVR. I can't wait to watch. That is after I watch he Monaco F1 Grand Prix (Yeah, I know everyone thinks it;s boring)  But I don't care. The speed and technology is off the rails, They are exposed to astronaut levels of G Force and then some.
