This is what always confuses me about these award shows. Jeremy is considered a lead and Sarah supporting? No wonder this is the last year of the Globes.
I believe the same method of determination is used across the board for all awards; I'm pretty sure it's based on screen time.  If Shiv was the main focus and not Kendall, she would be considered lead actress and Jeremy would be a supporting actor.

I know it is a stupid thing to complain about, but HBO seems dead set on not releasing the seasons (outside of the first on blu-ray). It was announced recently that the third season would be released on DVD on May 17th. They did the same thing for the second season. It is just really bizarre for one of their most praised shows to not be released on blu-ray. Why even bother with putting it out on DVD if they are so (seemingly) against sales on physical media?

I just smashed through this series in about two weeks and damn, I should have listened to my Bald Move community! I don't know why I waited so long! This show is incredible and I love it so much.

This is shades of The Leftovers for me all over again. Great show that I ignored for WAAAYYYY too long! I don't know how this show got me to care for these monsters but I am super impressed it did. It is a shame the fellas never covered it but hey, if they didn't like it, what can you do?

This is pretty weird, I wonder if there's a long standing deal for DVD distribution or something like that. But hey, why sell you something once for 40 bucks when you can pay them 15+ dollars a month for eternity to never own it?

Yeah, I have no clue. But it is weird, because they went back and like re-released Chernobyl on 4K. And Westworld consistently gets 4K releases. I'm sure it has something to do with who is in charge of the physical distribution. Someone has crunched the numbers and its made sense to them. But for a guy like me who is trying to hold on to physical medium by his fingernails, it is irritating. Champagne problems to have.

No judgement. Trying to understand why @A_Ron_Hubbard will watch the Gilded Age (full disclosure I watch it too) which is a very silly show about very rich people, but will not watch Succession which is a very well written show about very rich people. Just wondering?
  • Two words: Carrie Coon.

would he have watched, and be caught up on Succession (with possible coverage by now) if Carrie Coon had a big role in it? now that's the question.

Very likely. 100% if Andrea Barber had any role.

Apparently Daniel Day Lewis would also be a win.

I’m happy we’re getting at least some Severance on OTC among Walking Dead, Knight Rider, Marvel and Star Trek..... baby steps!

I wish we could vote on A_Ron bringing back his political commentary. Those would be perfect for this show though I understand they can be divisive.
