Apparently Melissa McBride just exited the spinoff (GOOD. FOR. HER.) citing "logistical conflicts." I can't help but wonder if this is the first irreparable crack in this misguided effort to create infinity Walking Dead content.

    I'm seeing an unsubstantiated rumor that the logistic issue was that she would've needed to relocate to Europe where the series is being planned. Carol and Daryl do France?!

    At the end of World Beyond there was a teaser which showed what may be fast zombies in France.

    If Melissa does drop out, they will probably add a line or something in post to the final TWD episodes explaining why they don't go off together, go their separate ways soon after, or whatever.

    Daryl may end up with a companion from whatever country they set the show in so language is less of an issue.
