My results unfortunately came back positive. I feel okay so far, but it's early days. With an existing heart condition, I have cause for concern.

Hey! We're slowly but surely coming out of the woods, thanks for asking . My brother got the worst of it, but he'll be okay. He's spending a lot of his time sleeping. It was just an unbearably uncomfortable few weeks. I can't adequately describe how awful it was to not be able to get a decent breath in for so long. My heart rate was pretty crazy at times, and that was cause for concern. My mother hadn't used her inhaler on a consistent basis in years, but it hasn't left her pocket. All around a shit time, but it looks like we'll be fine. I'm more or less asymptomatic now, aside from fatigue. 
We got off lucky. We were lucky to just have felt incredibly uncomfortable.

If you don't mind me asking, what are the details of your case? I am at least one person removed from anyone who has gotten it. Do you have an idea of how you contracted it? What part of the world? How was testing?

Hey there, I'm in Dublin, Ireland. I live with my mother, who is a carer, and my brother, who works in social welfare. We think that my brother got it in his place of work, he was seeing hundreds of people per day. After phoning our local general practitioner, it was about five days wait to get tested.  Our practitioner came to our house to test us. It was seven days waiting on results. However we would be considered priority, so it's longer for others right now in my country. 
And thank you all for the words of support, we're surviving. 
I'd just like to say that the first thing I noticed was a strong loss of smell and taste, even before the wheeziness. Stay vigilant!

About two years back I spotted Liam Cunningham eyeing up the same sneakers as me in Brown Thomas, Dublin. Man has taste.
