  • Watched the first season and really enjoyed it. It's what I had hoped Falling Skies would be. Basically, an adult version of an alien invasion. I like that this has real stakes. It's a little slow at times, but I think all of the characters are real…
  • The first time I heard about this. Looks like it's streaming on Prime. Going to check it out and will report back!
  • I binged six of the episodes over a couple of days and thought it was great. Really my cup of tea (mystery, suspense, action). I especially liked Chuy's character and how that all played out. Allie really fucked that guy's life up. I do hope we get…
  • This is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing your experience! Out of curiosity, how much space do you need for a 3d printer setup? It seems like something that needs a pretty big footprint, but I honestly have no idea.

  • I bought the digital version of Tenet when it was released and was not that impressed. I'm a huge fan of most of his movies, but tend to like his earlier ones better. After the first watch I tried doing a rewatch a couple weeks later and kept fallin…
  • Binged this recently and thought it was great. Really enjoyed it and I'm not a huge superheroes fan. Definitely the more adult version of the typical cheesy comic book superhero genre. I read all the walking dead comics and really enjoyed those to…
  • Starting watching the marvel movies in timeline order. Captain America 6/10 - had some fun scenes, but also really cheesy at times. Captain Marvel 6/10 - I think I enjoyed this more than Captain America because of the sci-fi, also fun to see Jude L…
  • Oooof, the Yankees. Just got swept by the Rays. Watching this team is like torture. A lot of talent, but somehow it doesn't translate well to the field.

  • Was rooting for UCLA even though I had picked Gonzaga to win. Those kids played so hard.  I'm a Johnny Juzang fan life now. He's been out of this world hot. Between the Gonzaga and Michigan games he put his team on his back. I think this game goes d…

  • You know what is a real ride? Reading through the first few pages of this thread with a year of hindsight. It's pretty humorous.  Glad the vaccine is making its way to more people!
  • It destroyed my bracket, but I was rooting all the way for Loyola Chicago. Love those kind of upsets.
  • Chinaski said: my bracket stinks haha. @Giovanni is crushing it, him and his robot friend. Haha, well the auto one shouldn’t count for me. That's just the ESPN prediction model, so kind of an indicator for us if you can beat the AI. Howe…
  • Thanks for creating this! I put an entry in, and also added an auto generated BPI bracket. Curious to see if the computer does better than me. I agree, the NCAA was so much better when players stayed for 3-4 years. I was young, but remember some g…
  • In the last 10 years I've spent more time reading click-bait-speculation articles about the Winds of George than I'll ever spend actually reading the Winds of Winter.

  • Haven't had a chance to reply to this, but wanted to mention that humble bundle of running a tabletop bundle right now. You get Terraforming Mars, Splendor and a few other games for 10 dollars. Well worth it imo!
  • I'm firmly in the Brady is the GOAT in football now, and I've kind of grown up hating the guy. To win a superbowl at 43 with a brand new team is pretty wild. Most QBs hang it up in their 30s looking like a shadow of their younger self. I don't know …
  • I like 'The Little Things' too. I'd give it a solid 7/10. An entertaining movie with a good story, good acting all around, but not something that would pull me back in for a rewatch. Some good performances though and definitely an interesting take o…

  • There are a few tools out there that allow you to compare 529 plans across states to see which is the best plan for you. For example: https://internal-search.ecs.org/comparisons/529-education-savings-plans-all unfortunately it only shows in state be…
  • I was showing these to my wife on a tablet and realized turning the image upside down sometimes gives it away. So if you're really stuck try rotating the image to see if it gives any clue. Fun stuff!
  • Count me in on the 'I should do a rewatch' train. All of this talk about it got me interested again. Wonder if I could catch up before the next off the clock?

  • I remember not being a big fan of this movie. I think I rated it a 5/10. It's been a few years since so I can't recall what i found lacking. That's kind of the point though, it wasn't very memorable for me.
  • I'm not sure what you guys dislike about borderlands 3. I think it's a pretty fun game. It's much more fun multiplayer playing through the campaign with some friends. It's been so long since I've played part 2 that it's hard for me to compare, but i…
