    More seriously, I expect a time jump.  The opening scene is a few years after the season 8 finale.  Face Pubes is tattooing FARM LIFE around Maggie's six-pack while Maggie's baby is being tended to by Siddiq (who is also performing surgery on an injured man and tilling the soil at the same time).

    Here is how I would get rid of the need for the WWs to have a bunch of large chains on hand.

    Jon and the Dragon are in the water. Why not have the Dragon bring Jon out, but die before getting too far. Then Jon could escape, and the Dragon could easily be converted.
    I think you missed the part where Benjen steps on the dragon's head to help Jon onto his horse.
