"the Army didn't do much in the Pacfic"Are you talking about General King's unit of like 75k soldiers surrendering at Bataan, marched into POW camps, and eventually liberated by Rangers (well, the few hundred that remained)? Noble, respectable, but you can't argue they did nearly as much as the Marines did in basically clearing the Pacific. Service of choice? Is that like you didn't serve but you prefer the Army?
No offense but you have no idea what youre talking about.
There were as many Army soldiers in the Pacific as there were Marines.
Please understand history if youre going to speak on it, and be disrespectful to my service of choice.
