Roots and Chaos AD are amazing

As a teen I was a punk rocker (does a blue Mohawk count as embarrassing?  Not in my book!), but when it comes to music - as confessed in the other thread - I had a glam-rock bump in my other wise great taste in music road.  I think I was about 12 or so and my older brother already had me listening to the New York Dolls and when I saw the first Poison album in the record store it looked like it might be something similar.  That lead to me through a dark era marked by Cinderella, Faster Pussycat, Love/Hate, Ratt and London Quireboys.

Not to be all controversial but being a hard core GNR fan, I couldn't stand all those hair bands :P

George Michael posters on every wall... gold cross earring, MC Hammer parachute pants, Hypercolour tshirts (thank God I didn't sweat back then), rat tail (when I was 8... but I think they're still the norm in Rads :P), Vanilla Ice shaved eyebrows.. I was the coolest mofo in Year 8
